📺 TV Instructions

All TVs are equipped with Roku. We provide cable through DirecTV which can be accessed via the Roku interface.

• You can log in to your own streaming apps (such as Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+).
• ⚠️ Important: Please remember to log out of your personal accounts before leaving.
• For DirecTV, simply select the app on Roku to enjoy cable channels. Do not logout of DirecTV.

❄️ Air Conditioning Instructions

Main Thermostat: Circular thermostat controls the central air.

• ⚠️ Do not set below 66°F – this may freeze the system.
• Keep windows and doors closed while the A/C is running.

Upstairs Front Bedroom: Separate A/C unit with a remote control thermostat.

• Use the ceiling fan to help circulate cool air.

🔥 Heating Instructions

Square Thermostats: 8 heating zones throughout the house.

• Adjust individually to maintain comfort.

🌊 Yard & Beach Access

Feel free to enjoy the yard along the bay at the end of the lane beside our parents’ home at:

Quiet Hours in Sandusky: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Please be mindful of the neighbors and keep noise levels down during this time.

⏳ Check-Out Instructions

Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM (No Late Check-Outs)

• The cleaning team arrives promptly at 10:00 AM.
• ⏰ Late Check-Out Fee: $50 per 15 minutes past 10:00 AM.

✅ Before You Leave:

• 🗑️ Trash: Place trash in the outdoor can.
• 🍽️ Dishes: Start the dishwasher.
• 📺 Log Out: Be sure to log out of any streaming apps you’ve used.
